SABO S.A. – The parent company of the Group, founded in 1984, is one of the leading companies worldwide specialized in providing turnkey solutions for the heavy clay industry with commercial presence in more than 50 countries worldwide. The company specializes also in other industrial sectors by providing automation and robotic systems for material handling and packaging, turnkey electrical solutions, and industrial automation, services for heavy industrial units, as well as custom equipment and integrated solutions for solid waste management.
SICAP S.A. – located in Greece, was founded in 1992. The company specializes in civil engineering, infrastructure projects and in energy and industrial projects, including steel structures and residential buildings.
SABO Filiere S.A. – Greece, founded in 1997, specializes in the production of heavy clay extrusion molds and spare parts for soil treatment machines. In recent years, the company has realized targeted investments and has expanded its activities to industries such as cement, energy, mining, etc., also offering on-site retreading services.
Sabo System S.r.l. - Itália, fundada em 2007 em Turim, principalmente devido à necessidade interna da empresa de pesquisa e desenvolvimento contínuos e evolução de produtos. Atualmente, a empresa está equipada com 5 engenheiros altamente experientes, especializados no estudo de soluções personalizadas para a indústria de argila pesada e no desenvolvimento de nossa rede de vendas ambientais na Itália.
Sabo Utilaje Automai Automatizări S.r.l. - Romênia, foi fundada em 2010, com o objetivo de expandir os setores de automação ambiental e industrial na Romênia e nos Balcãs. Atualmente, a empresa abrange todos os setores da SABO S.A. no mercado romeno.
A Sabo Impianti Máquinas e Instalações Ltda - Brasil, foi fundada em 2013, para cobrir o mercado brasileiro e latino-americano. Atualmente, a empresa atua, prestando assistência técnica e suporte comercial no mercado brasileiro.
